Scope and Contents The T.F. Clinton papers contain a small receipt book and three bills of sale. The receipt book lists payments received from John Rosborough concerning the care of the poor, insane, etc. in the years 1828-1829 and receipts for teachers in the free school during 1841-1842. The book also contains 1879 and 1881 receipts from T.F. Clinton for rent as one of the heirs at law to the real estate of Mary Parrish.
