Scope and Contents

This collection consists of photocopies of correspondence, articles, a gift receipt list, miscellaneous certificates awards and pamphlets. The correspondence was received by Mr. Duggan upon his resignation as Governor of the Farm Credit Administration in 1953. There are copies of six articles by Duggan, written during his term as FCA Governor, a copy of the gift receipt list from the University of Wyoming, which received a sizable donation of books, clippings and correspondence from Duggan. The rest of the collection, virtually all of which are copies of originals, include certificates, awards, a memorial pamphlet for his grandfather, Ivy W. Duggan, and items of recognition for his son, Dr. Mell L. Duggan, who died in 1979.
