Scope and Contents The material on the reel is from the files of the Public Works Administration (PWA) pertaining to the Santee-Cooper Power Project. The reel includes a copy of Act 887 which established the South Carolina Public Service Authority for the Project in 1934 and technical charts which contain supporting data pertaining to the construction of the Project.
