One is a photocopy of a presentation to the South Dakota Genealogical and Historical Societies at a joint convention in Huron, South Dakota in May 1993 by the author, James A. Gabel, a great, great grandson of James Henry Rion. The presentation talked about Rion's deathbed revelation to his physician of his lineage as the Dauphin, or heir, to Louis XVI of France.
