This series contains the records of the College of Health, Education and Human Development. The records consist of the administrative reference files of the Dean.

Harold Cheatham's papers span his active career in higher education and public service. They include numerous published writings, some unpublished writings, presentations and speeches, business correspondence, photographs, news clippings and certificates. In addition there are case files and correspondence related to two discrimination suits brought by him in the 1970s.
