This collection consists mainly of papers relating to the organization and activities of the Clemson Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) from 1947- 1989. The philosophy and aims of the organization are explained in a history found in the collection.The collection was donated to Clemson University in February, 1986 by Myra Bregger, Clemson Branch President from 195 1- 1953 and an active member of the national, state, and local AAUW for nearly forty years....
